>fell for the greatest country on earth scam >moved here six years ago >realized I fell for a scam >ugly country >terrible weather >terrible politics full of 'in your face' corruption, no one gives a shit >hateful, toxic, pretentious people leading to a hateful, toxic culture >terrible economy that's literally a giant scam built on nothing >sky high taxes on EVERYTHING >cost of living through the roof >no local culture to speak of other than smoking meth and getting blackout drunk >locals hate every other country in the world (especially those that are objectively better in every way like the US and New Zealand) and live in denial thinking Australia is the greatest thing that ever happened to the world >shit internet worse than most third world countries that's super expensive >cold, antisocial locals who all have zero social skills bordering on autistic >lazy as fuck locals who have no motivation to contribute to society in any beneficial way >SJWs everywhere but no one walks the walk, hypocrisy is a way of life actively encouraged in the culture >EVERYONE born locally is a miserable prick
I regret coming here so fucking bad. I'm moving back home in a few days and never ever in my life am I ever setting foot in this shithole ever again. Never going to buy anything made here either. Fuck Australia and fuck Aussies. Biggest fucking shithole in the world. I'm literally counting the days till I get on that plane...
Please don't fall for this giant fucking scam like I did. All the shit you hear about Australia that's positive is just a facade maintained by the government, it's all a giant fucking lie.
another gook who got bantered down the pub but pooed his trousers and ran off crying
AHAHAHA
James Perry
>Fucking kek, another gaijin who fell for our propaganda.
I finally understand why you lot get so mad whenever the criminal ancestry you have is brought up, because it's still in your blood. The only thing Aussies are good at is running world class, global scale scams and conning people.
Despite being so close to Shitstainia, it is literally the exact opposite in terms of what the people are like. Some of the coolest people I've ever come across have been Kiwis. Think Canucks and you'll be pretty close.
Every Kiwi I've met has told me that they hate the people here because they're so fucking toxic and tell me the only reason they came here is because there's (slightly) more opportunity here. Most still end up going back though because they just don't like the terrible people.
lol Aussies fucking think that this giant turd is better than Europe! It doesn't hold a candle. Europeans in general are fucking amazing compared to the backwards fucking hicks that make up most of the local population.
Nathaniel Flores
Not Asian, and not offended. My problem isn't that I'm afraid of the locals, rather it's the other way round. Perhaps that will give you a hint.
Hunter Harris
>because it's still in your blood People with legit "convict" heritage are a really slim minority, desu.
>The only thing Aussies are good at is running world class, global scale scams and conning people. We're good at a lot of things, fooling clueless people just happens to be easy and rewarding. :^)
Gavin Miller
Should have gone to NZ, bruh.
Oliver Martinez
Well keep at it then. Just know that the vast majority of Americans, Canadians, Europeans and Asians I've come across absolutely despise you lot and this place.
The funniest part is that despite taking pride in 'fooling people' you lot are still dumb as a sack of rocks. You tried to con the Chinese, and the Chinese turned around and conned you. Australia is a Chinese colony for the most part now, so enjoy!
Grayson Perez
Yep I fucked up really bad.
Adrian Morales
Well not that bad but NZ seems to be comfy, at least in the youtubes I watch.
Andrew Young
>Just know that the vast majority of Americans, Canadians, Europeans and Asians I've come across absolutely despise you lot and this place. I'm well aware that you really have a warped view of how the rest of the world views Australians. People have a relatively positive opinion of Australians, mostly for good reasons as well as propaganda. It is pretty amusing to see foreign mongs come here with completely delusional expectations, though. Consider it a life lesson.
>Australia is a Chinese colony for the most part now, so enjoy! Nah, if anything we are an American colony. American intelligence agencies and corporations still manipulate our politics and media, desu.
Lucas Robinson
lol that's what you think because that's what they tell YOU. You don't have a fucking clue what the expats really think as they tread carefully and see if you're 'cool' first. Soon as they realize you're not a local, the flood gates open and it's almost like they have a cathartic experience just letting out how miserable they find living here. Keep thinking that.
American colony? lol. China owns this shithole. When a country is capable of pricing another country's citizens out of their own homes, and have enough power to conduct all their business and live their whole lives completely using Mandarin, you know you fucked up.
If it wasn't for China buying the shit you fucking dig out of the ground and ship, you wouldn't even be eating. Whatever China wants, China gets.
Charles Perry
Only problem is that there's no jobs there, other than that I fucking love the country in terms of how it looks and the people are really amazing.
Owen Sanders
Oh and in case you're not aware, whenever Aussies visit OTHER countries, they get a pretty good idea real fast about how the rest of the world really views them.
Your people are considered absolute degenerates wherever they go. Everything you touch seems to turn to shit. I'm sure you're aware of the situation in Bali. Nice job.
Jayden Russell
>down the pub >pub >Australia
There's no pub culture in Australia and anything resembling as such is likely to have furniture chained to the floor and beer served in plastic schooners to stop the patrons from glassing each other.
Isaac Phillips
You can't just keep running your mouth without telling us where youre from though.
Leo Rogers
I'd rather not as I'd like to keep the focus on Australia itself.
Let's just say that I'm not Asian and I get along very well with Americans and Europeans.
David Scott
>Soon as they realize you're not a local, the flood gates open and it's almost like they have a cathartic experience just letting out how miserable they find living here. lol, everyone rags on the town they live in. It's part of our self-depreciating social cohesion meme.
>China owns this shithole. Not really. Most of the foreign ownership here is by UK companies/entities. >When a country is capable of pricing another country's citizens out of their own homes Chinese foreign property buyers are paying out the arse for high end luxury housing in prime CDB areas of places like Sydney and Melbourne. It has no impact on the rest of the rental and home owner market and the government makes a pretty penny due to all of the excess taxes foreigners have to pay. >have enough power to conduct all their business and live their whole lives completely using Mandarin Not really, our multilingual services are available but pretty poor. You're pretty fucked if you don't know English.
>If it wasn't for China buying the shit you fucking dig out of the ground and ship, you wouldn't even be eating. We shifted to a service economy a while back and the mining sector revenue largely flowed into state coffers, not the federal budge. The bulk of the actual wealth was funneled out of the country to avoid taxes. A pretty corrupt industry, all in all.
>Whatever China wants, China gets. Not really.
>whenever Aussies visit OTHER countries, they get a pretty good idea real fast about how the rest of the world really views them. Yeah, generally positive. >Your people are considered absolute degenerates wherever they go. Not really. >I'm sure you're aware of the situation in Bali. Are you talking about how cached up bogans or rich surfer kids act like drunken retards? Yeah, it's pretty shameful how they act like fuckwits there. They are the minority, though. Most of the tourists in Bali from Australia are boomers who spend their time hiding way from anything cultural.
Aaron Rodriguez
>There's no pub culture in Australia We have a rich pub culture in Australia. >likely to have furniture chained to the floor Huh? >and beer served in plastic schooners What? Flogging schooner glasses is something kids do when they start going to pubs and clubs. You're a funny Kiwi with some serious issues, based on your post history.
Jeremiah Brown
You will lose all credibility if you cant at least say where youre from
Connor Gomez
Drinking in pubs/bars etc tends to be an unpleasant experience in Australia, regardless of where it is.
Elijah Bell
Argentina es blanco.
Wyatt Sanders
Nah mate, they rag on AUSTRALIANS, not any particular location within the country. It's got nothing to do with self-deprecation as these people have no interest in adopting the title of being an 'Australian' (why would they?).
>Not really. Most of the foreign ownership here is by UK companies/entities.
Ah yes, must be why China literally buys up the bulk of the shit you dig and sell. Must also be why the Aussie government bends over whenever China makes any demands. If it wasn't for China buying the shit you dig out of the ground and them sending you students, you wouldn't be eating.
High end luxury housing? lol. The Chinese own homes in almost every housing segment. They aren't foreigners by the way. The strategy most Chinese use is they use the huge wealth they have to buy their residence and citizenship here through business investment visas, then they buy up homes in any and all segments and collect rental incomes while they live in China. You think you can outsmart the Chinese? A bunch of VB drinking, ute driving, meth smokers? Keep dreaming.
>Not really, our multilingual services are available but pretty poor. You're pretty fucked if you don't know English.
lol. Is that why there are Chinese students here who go through university not being able to speak a word of English and relying on Mandarin translations of all materials and STILL outperform the dumbcunt Aussies?
Service economy eh? That must be why if you look at the exports of this place it literally looks like a third world shit hole. The closest thing you've got to a 'service economy' is the shitty restaurants you have.
You don't have a fucking clue what folks from other countries really think of you. Then again, this is EXACTLY why none of these people bother telling you anything other than 'YEAH MATE I FUCKING LOVE 'STRAYA!' because they know you lot are absolutely fucking deluded beyond belief. If only you knew the shit that people really think about you lot, lol.
Julian Bell
>You're a funny Kiwi with some serious issues
Here we go. Can't keep that degenerate nature in check for too long. It just gushes out.
Just say where you're from you fucking coward. You wanna dish out the bant but can't take it, pussy.
Jackson Hernandez
it's a clear kiwi filthy mutts, used similar tactics to steal our pavlova too
Jaxon Sanchez
>I regret coming here so fucking bad. I'm moving back home in a few days and never ever in my life am I ever setting foot in this shithole ever again.
If only we could convince more of you to think this way...
Leo Gutierrez
Your a Somali refugee?
Julian Hughes
Are you in Ausland for education?
Easton Mitchell
you could have left without making this post I dont understand why people do this
Xavier Martin
>China literally buys up the bulk of the shit you dig and sell Rio Tino, Blue Steel, etc. export, not so much anymore, raw ore to China for them to process and imported the processed product because it was cheaper overall to outsource the process of taking ore and making it into a commercial product. >the Aussie government bends over whenever China makes any demands This is objectively incorrect. >If it wasn't for China buying the shit you dig out of the ground and them sending you students, you wouldn't be eating. This is also objectively incorrect. The mining industry makes up 6.9% of our GDP. The services sector makes up 79.2% of our GPD.
>High end luxury housing? Yes. >Chinese own homes in almost every housing segment. Not really, no. >The strategy most Chinese use is they use the huge wealth they have to buy their residence and citizenship here through business investment visas No. That's not how the legislation surrounding foreign investments work. Kind of a weird thing to make up, to be honest. >then they buy up homes in any and all segments and collect rental incomes while they live in China. Same as above, another odd thing to make up. Landlords have to be full Australian residents. Our real estate situation is the way it is because of boomers buying up all the housing stock when it was dirt cheap and renting it out for multitudes more than their mortgages were. Developers, mostly boomers, also have a stranglehold on new houses.
>Is that why there are Chinese students here who go through university not being able to speak a word of English and relying on Mandarin translations This doesn't exist and I take if you've never stepped into an Australian university campus, desu.
>Service economy eh? Yes, 79.2% of our GPD. >That must be why if you look at the exports Exports are only a small slice of the economy, kouhai. >closest thing you've got to a 'service economy' is the shitty restaurants you have. Most of it is in IT, not the food industry.
Owen Rivera
why did you bother responding to a retard, most people that see this thread will know that it is bait unless they're truly retarded
Grayson Scott
To be fair he is right on a lot of things.
Kevin Miller
Shut the fuck up mate, we want people to think he's right so they don't come here.
Michael Cox
I've been to Australia and OP is retarded. That said I don't find Australia as comfy as England the TV is awful, it has the new world curse of endless stretches of cheap prefab buildings and it's too hot. But Australians are great lads I wouldn't be that bothered to live there. Auyssie banter is a lot more brutal though people aren't tryuing to be nasty but British banter is mostly playful
Carson Garcia
lol now all of Jow Forums is going to move here noooo! ok retard
>hateful, toxic, pretentious people leading to a hateful, toxic culture
That's called protestantism.
Chase Gray
You were warned repeatedly that we were full, so you have only yourself to blame
Aiden Perez
Are you black, blackie?
Ryan Cruz
>despise it yet don't leave So either they burned all their bridges back home and are doing a "geographical" as it's termed in AA, or they don't feel like they could hack it somewhere else, so they went somewhere where life is easy but still winge
Carson Collins
Then why do they live there... This is the underlying problem of the expat mentality that I saw when I was living in China. People voluntarily choosing to live somewhere and then complaining about it. The truth I found in China was that many were alcoholics simply in China because they were ashamed of themselves and had burned other locales.
Luis Rodriguez
>calling people hateful, pretentious and toxic in a huge manifesto on Jow Forums about your hatred for the people you choose to live with
Matthew Cooper
Australia sucks but I guess they have nice beaches and.... poisonous animals?
Kayden Jenkins
You call them cowards and yet doesn't say where you come from.
That's ultimate cowardliness, KYS faggot
Jacob Nelson
Also, you'll often find that many people who move somewhere then hate that place like they did at home have a problem with themselves and not that particular place. They'll move to another place where the grass is supposedly greener, only to find a multitude of things to complain about again. It comes from them being a miserable piece of shit, not from the places they move to. Australia isn't a perfect country by any means but I'm just saying that this sort of mentality is common for people who keep moving everywhere because it "sucks".
I know a dutch guy who moved here because he disliked the netherlands. He likes it here but for some reason he wants to move again to somewhere in the USA and won't give us a clear reason why. I'm thinking that he feels similar to what I described above, he just won't say it.
Jeremiah Sanchez
This is why you need Jante culture to put people in their fucking seat
Wyatt Price
>terrible weather It never gets cold or snows there, so by default it can't be terrible.
Christopher Ortiz
What's jante culture?
Jackson Flores
So move there... Imagine if I moved to Mexico and complained about the Mexicunts
Josiah Jenkins
>ugly country on pictures the cities look very modern and clean, are you living in a village perhaps? >terrible weather how so? it's sunny and warm and relatively dry. that's perfect, probably lots of opportunities for beach parties, eating outside etc. >New Zealand has like half the purchasing power on average
Brody Moore
I like British banter a bit more, it seems more wholesome to me but maybe this is a "grass is always greener" situation.
Colton Cruz
Why are you not complaining about disgusting chinks and stinky indians?
Caleb Hernandez
>cities look very modern Traitor politicians, vandal architects/designers and fraudster chink developers have been conspiring to trash our cities with cheap, ugly modern rubbish for the last couple of decades. What were once glorious bastions of stone and brick are now teeming monstrosities of glass and metal. We don't have cities. We have bug-hives. And the bugs are moving in faster than ever.
Michael Foster
that surely worked out with the muslims and other trash in your country right?
Kevin Martinez
Historically, Australia had a country with a High Anglican establishment, and a Romish middle- and lower-class. Prods have never been substantially important here.
Jack Allen
If you value natural beauty then our country can be seen as ugly, a large majority of the land mass is either arid desert or just desert and that shit's pretty ugly. I seriously don't understand why Ayers Rock is a tourist """attraction""" (more like a trap) it's unironically just a huge ugly rock surrounded by literally nothing for ages except flies.
That being said, no one really lives in these areas they all live on the coast where our beaches are beautiful, especially the QLD coast seeing as it has the Great Barrier Reef, and the great dividing range can be pretty as well I guess.
Gavin Price
>downplaying the chink menace Look he might be wrong on a few technical points but the fact is that the chink has slipped his slimy tentacles everywhere. It's high time we start lopping them off. Don't make excuses for chinks and chink-enablers.
Brayden Myers
They ran out of australium, sadly.
Hunter Sanchez
OP admit you're Irish
Jaxon Turner
NIGGERS!.

I moved here a year ago and think a lot of this is harsh. People are incredibly friendly and often curious. Economy here does well compared to other developed places, although China is too influential. And there are loads of Chinks. Not met many SJWs but maybe because I'm in a rural area. There are some lazy dosser locals but this is universal in all countries with welfare states. Do agree most of all about people doing meth and getting drunk because there is nothing to do.
Alexander Fisher
A fucking leaf.
Landon Stewart
everything you don't like about the country is specific to you we have the highest median wealth in the world, if you can't make money here or find things too expensive you must be stupid if you don't like where you are move somewhere else, its a fucking continent stop blaming others for your problems, anyone in australia has the best chance of making something of themselves than any other country on earth, if you fail here you would fail anywhere else but much worse
Mason Johnson
You obviously were bantered until you broke. 15% of New Zealand lives in Australia for higher wages, lower costs and lower crime. I hate kiwis who live in Australia while bagging it. They're trying to keep up a facade of fake patriotism for their home country. If they love NZ so much, why don't they move back.
I agree with you, I don't see the logic of moving to a place and then calling it shit and bagging it out
Ryan Long
>I made a mistake >for six years lmao, weird if they commit crimes then so be it, I expect them to do the same with aussie criminals over there. Also I agree, if I move to a place and then find out I hate it, I will just quietly leave.
Memes aside it actually is pretty true. Work pays a lot more there, and unions are very powerful so labour jobs are less intensive but these are the only positive things I can say (and the latter may not be a positive depending on who you are).
The taxes are rediculously higher yet most infrastructure/social services are dramatically worse. The weirdest thing is the culture though. I know everyone heres thinks its ironic shitposting, but it is actually just Australians being Australian. Their media and education is shocking and the people are really weird.
The worse thing by far about going to Australia is dealing with public sector workers (especially cops/border control). They make Americans look like carebears. I legit got grilled by a boarder guard when I was like 11 year old kid because I went over to visit a aunt or something and did not know her address by heart (She was picking me up outside departures obviously). I am sure the country is not so bad, but Australian cities are hell holes (and to top it off, sydney is like the 2nd most expensive city in the world to live in).
Jose Cruz
very hot, and quite a nice place compared to 15 years ago
Dinner is fucking refined white bread and a processed chicken patty but they are worried about the kid playing fortnite after school...
Lucas Evans
come on, it really isn't that bad. The only thing is that Australia is a bit of a nanny state with lame laws, whereas comparatively NZ isn't that much of a nanny state.
Carter Davis
It's a copypasta, someone just did one with Canada and I have seen ones with Croatia and Italy before. This OP is just playing along with it to make it sound more convincing.
Joshua Murphy
>Should have gone to NZ, bruh If he's an Australian permanent resident or citizen then he doesn't even need a visa to live and work indefinitely in New Zealand
Aaron Bailey
>I know everyone heres thinks its ironic shitposting, but it is actually just Australians being Australian. And proud of it, Zhong Chang!
