Absolute garbage, even bud is better.

I like budweiser. It is easy to drink
>easy to drink
for me, it's carling
I dunno, i've tried different beers.
The worst was Corona and surprisingly Bitburger. I could not finish both.
Guiness, at least canned is meh.
The best ones were from Augustiner-Bräu and in general any german weizen is nice.
I honestly can't remember the last time I drank a non-craft beer. I just don't see the point to drinking macrobrews since a) they taste like shit 9 times out of 10, and b) there's no point to drinking them to get drunk since you can get the job done much quicker and with less calories than whiskey.
whiskey is a whole another can of worms
it's much more expensive for starters
Try it with a slice of lime in it
i think its pretty ok
heineken or amstel on the other hand is beer flavored water
>Russian tries something exotic
It's the avocado thing all over
youtube.com
Agreed. Along with Coors Light it's the worst beer I've ever had.
You don't drink Corona as beer, you drink it as it was soda.
I don't know where to start with craft beers desu I know nothing about them.
Pic related is my staple.
you've opened my eyes
i've tried it because i saw some people in instagram buying it in bulk
only good for coronarita
Corona is mom beer
Have you ever seen someone who isn't a middle aged woman drink it?
Fucking loved Ottweiler for some reason.
Beer is like women, the darker they are the better.
Alcohol is so bizarrely fed by personal preference. People will claim shit like Pabst tastes great, while all micro brews are nasty hipster shit and vice versa. It's all just developed acquired tastes, there is no right answer on what is "good"
As a non drinker it all tastes like shit to me so there's that.
My mom really drinks only Corona lol
I think foreigners just like the bottle and the advertising. People here use it to make that micheladas abominations.
beer tastes like shit indeed. It is one of those things you have to "acquire the taste to it"
People here usually put slices of lemon inside the bottle. but is always women drinking it, guys prefer local stuff, Heineken or Stella Artois
it is more tasteless than water. i mean that is why people who dont like beer prefer it.
>only drank Labatt while working in northern Michigan
>cant find any in chicago
Literally the only good thing to come out of c*Nada
Beyond me how it became popular it tasted bad bit amazingly is not the worst we have
this shit makes me hard
lol
What's the worst Mexican beer you know?
The bottles also break in jagged shards.
It's Mexican pisswater I tell you what
i drink regular mainstream beer, but from different countries. I hate all these "special" beers that have such an intense taste and big percentages so you cant drink that many of them.
This whole craft beer thing is so typical of where society is today, drinking a couple of beers after work everyday is looked down upon, so instead people will sit and sip their craft beers on the weekends. Everything needs to be so up-tight. Give me a lukewarm Carlsberg and a pack of cigs and im set.
Kloster light
C'est pas mal ça en effet
i wonder if carlsberg is better in denmark, its really not incredible here
BASED
I stopped drinking craft beer. It's all pointless. Waste of money, soyboy central.
no its not an especially good beer. But its alright.
Belgian blondes are great. I really like the style of beer. Not as obnoxious as say an IPA. Just good enjoyable beer.
Corona light
amen brother
Amen to you too. Do local breweries also make blondes in the US? It's happening over here now and I must say I quite like having more options for a blonde beer.
mfw Swedish flag
How hard is it to get? It doesn't even have an english wiki page.
well blue moon is a good go to and most bars have them we also have them, in Arizona we have Nimbus i think they ship elsewhere too. also orange blossom is fucking amazing.
Belgian craft beers are among the most exported beers on the planet. I doubt there are many serious beer stores out there that don’t have Duvel, La Chouffe, Brugse Zot and Straffe Hendrik
I got a friend who is always on business in Germany and travels back and forth, he hokes it up with cool German shit and I just give him cash
Agreed. But fuck beer, just get 1L Gorlovka for 11,80
you cant find zot in the us or at least my state, as far as I know
Why? Who even drinks vodka? Do you mix it with sprite or whatever?
Carlsberg is the worst by far. That and Tuborg. Danish beer is fucking disgusting.
>Danish beer is fucking disgusting
still better than bud light lime
>cool German shit
He smuggles kinder eggs?
that's piss
do people in other countries also have alcoholic beers? The ones that cost 40 cents per bottle with 5% alcohol. I drink that shit all the time because im a student and a functioning alcoholic. Here its called Harboe or Dansk Pilsner.
It's normal, heavily marketed beer. It's not good, but it's not the worst.
We have €5 per crate beer that doesnt even have any branding on it
no, we have this instead
I think it might be the worst. I mean for a mass produced beer I find the flavor just revolting especially when paired with a lemon.
I prefer any other big brand like Bud, Heineken or Becks over Corona.
for me it's myers dark
Is it cider of some sort?
thats mexican pee
Corona with lime is kind of a guilty pleasure for me. Like I know it isn't good beer but it's light and refreshing.
yeah. a quick search on wikipedia reveals that it stopped being sold all the way back in 2009 though. god i feel old.
>Production discontinued
>At the end of 2009, Heineken decided to discontinue its manufacture due to its brand image problem in the United Kingdom as having become synonymous with under-age drinking, anti-social behaviour, homelessness and impoverished alcoholism, in an echo of the Gin Craze of the 18th century.[3] Such cheap non-distilled drinks (both high-strength beer and cider) became known as "tramp juice" in the UK media. When sold on special at liquor stores, 3 litre plastic bottles of 8.4% White Lightning could be purchased for less than £2.
What's your favorite Mexican beer? I used to have a ton of beaner neighbors in an apartment complex where I used to live and they were all about the Tecate.
there's been a trend for IPA for a couple of years here, what's the deal with this hipster shit ?
reminds me off miller
both have that "dank" taste
IPA is vile. I can't understand why it's become so popular either. We have our own variant here called EPA (English Pale Ale) which is equally disgusting.
>drinking b*er
>not being a TONAYAN BVLL
LMAO
right ? it's disgusting, and hispter microbreweries are producing them en masse, yet I don't know a single person who drinks IPA
EPA's have started to appear here as well. I like them but I also like IPA's. I get how they're not for everyone though. It's kind of like the blue cheese or pineapple pizza of beer.
It's an international trend that started in the USA ages ago and reached Europe I think around 2010. From there on more and more of these IPAs/local IPA breweries started popping up and suddenly every cafe, even the local one in some bumfuck nowhere village had to have craft beers on the menu.
Anyway I think it's long overdue by now. People have had enough and are switching back to simpler beers.
There's also APA (American Pale Ale) and whatnot. I don't think there's much of a difference though. The idea is the same: very bitter beer, high alcohol and some fruity undertone.
I was a little IPA slut too a few years back when they became popular but haven't had one now for a long time. They are not really refreshing nor enjoyable. Like gin tonic.
Every country had one of those.
Over here it was all about the Bacardi breezer in the 2000s. They had low alcohol content and were sold at the supermarket for like €2 per liter if not less.
They were super sweet so as a result they were often bought by 16 year old boys who fed them to 14 year old future teen moms. The word 'Breezersletje' (little breezer slut) was word of the year in 2007 I think.
>Like gin tonic.
nice analogy desu, I couldn't put words on that
>They are not really refreshing nor enjoyable. Like gin tonic.
you take that back
After IPA trend died down the next hype was gin tonic which to me was equally garbage.
i dont like beer because it tastes bad and has low alcohol.
This but switch whiskey for wódka
What do you like to drink instead?
>They had low alcohol content
The difference here is that White Lightning and similar drinks had really high alcohol content, so you could get wasted for the price of a bus ticket. One bottle was the equivalent of 6 very strong pints of beer.
vodka or wine
representing your nation well user.
Yeah Corona is a beer for tourists and women
>wine
I hope you don't drink any of that continental swill and buy from Australia or Chile like a man of culture instead.
also
>vodka
Hope you're buying Polish, Finnish or Swedish instead of supporting Putler by buying Russian.
You are aware the USA produces it's own wine?
A lot of it is unironically very good, too, although many Europeans will never find out because of the assumptions they make.
Here they use limes because we associate Mexican food and alcohol with limes.
>the assumptions
That's only autistic meds. In reality most of us won't find out since Californian wines are more expensive than Chilean and South-African ones which are the most popular non-European wines over here.
You won't find Californian wine for a good price as easily as others.
>Unironically drinking corona
top fucking kek lmao
It's not about assumptions, it's about availability
why should I pay three or four bucks more for an "okay" californian wine when I can buy a french one for less ?
It's the worst.
Why don't you export it? Tariffs?
Gib FTA after Brexit and if I see American wine start showing up here I’ll buy it.
>is called White Lightning
>Is sold in stores
>Is blue
>Light beer levels of alcohol
>Comes in a 3l bottle
Anything call White Lighting should be illegal, clear, at least 95% alcohol by volume, and sold out of old gallon milk jugs or mason jars
Shit, I thought we'd been exporting it for years but since you're all questioning that, I must be wrong. Also to the Frenchfag specifically, your easy access to local wine makes your situation a little different from most. Italians too, I would think.
Pick up a bottle sometime anyway, just to be adventurous. Come back and let us know what you think.
I'm not really much of a wine drinker so maybe American wine is sold here and I just haven't noticed. I'll keep an eye out from now on.
Bud and Co are just very blend, some micro are very good some are disgusting
Do Brits in general drink much wine? I mean you guys drink a lot in general but the stereotype I have in mind is definitely a beer drinker.
