I stayed in Alaska one year ago and trust me winter and snow are depressing as shit

How weather makes me even more depressed. People turn into turbo normies here. During our """""""winter"""""""""" they chill a little bit.

Wow, is that tree in the middle alive?

>Only obese incels love winter
If you lived here in northern Sweden you would hate summer as well

>24/7 daylight, no sleep because no night
>hundred billion mosquito's
>100% humidity all the time
Forget shorts and a shirt, you need a bug net and long pants unless you want a few hundred itchy bites in five minutes.
Yes it is.

Wish I had a good snow pic to share Brazil bro, but where I am it shows like every other year. Been cold as fuck though.

The first time I went to the Netherlands during winter it's like something awoke in me
The cool winds kept me comfy all day, I could stay awake for over 28 hours, I could run like the wind and not feel like I'm going to die unlike here where a short sprint will make you feel like shit.

I thought you guys didn't even have a proper summer.

Don't worry, I'll post one for you.

I know that feel bizarro-australian bro, it was 35 and humid a few days ago. Shit sucks

Not him but I live in Lapland, the far north above the Arctic circle. Our summers are kinda short (about 3 months) but the sun never goes down during that time (literally, no sunset) and temperatures often reach 30+ C.

samejävel

Fuck "winter".
Haven't seen the sun for a week or so

wanna swap passports?

Wouldn't mind being filthy rich, but Luxembourg is pretty close too

Man your winters suck

I bet the snow and cold will come in March again like last time, just to kill the tree's flowers

That's disappointing :c

Well, then we get a much, much longer winter so it's worth it.

i wish i was a snowlet
imagine having everything covered with this shit in october, november, december, january, february, march and april
firsties have it easy, it's nice to have a thin layer for like 2 weeks a year but not more
jesus himself didnt see snow when he was born

Snow is fucking shit everyone here always hypes up snown then when it gets here they moan quite rightly it’s freezing makes you soggy and fucks up the roads combined also it looks like spunk xD

>love winter, snow and cold
>usually snows atleast some
>this year its been warm during winter
Time to move north...
Know I'm not really a snowlet but apparently my area is becoming snowless

We have the same winter as you up here in Lapland. Still better than summer.
>54 cm outside right now

Attached: IMG_20181220_001211.jpg (2391x2011, 357K)

How far north do you need to live for a 100% chance of snow every winter?

Honestly not that far, I live just south of the Great Lakes so I just need to move up into Michigan's upper peninsula which I'm pretty sure has a very high rate of snow.
>tfw will never live in lappland
Could also move to Canada perhaps but that would be much more difficult and I'm unsure if I could find work up there

Wish i lived in a snowlet cunt desu

god, it's so fucking hot

Attached: you.jpg (646x663, 171K)

Sounds like you got it pretty good either way.
Then go back home.

It never snows here. It looks cool in photos but i hate the cold.

You guys got the shit end of the stick with weather

No snow so far. we don't deserve to be called snowniggas

Attached: DSCN2198 2.jpg (4320x3240, 2.1M)

How the fuck can you not have snow? wtf
What's winter if there's no snow? wtf

>If you lived here in northern Sweden you would hate summer as well
But i don't live there so idgaf

i wish i lived in a country that wasnt a cold shithole

Move to Australia.

>insufferable heat during summers
>no snow during winters due to not being close enough to the south
i want out of this place

Attached: 1545323252037-1.png (730x547, 701K)

Winter is kind of cancer, it fucking destroys your car at least here since the salt. That and retards cannot drive in the winter. The sun does not come out until like 8-9am and then it is night time by like 3-4pm. It just makes shit miserable, it is comfy at times but most of the time it just sucks.

tfw no white christmas this year, not even a snowday this year even

Attached: veðrið.png (629x463, 29K)

Here in Lapland the sun doesn't rise at all in winter. Not until next year.
And we do not salt the roads, we just plough them and studded tires are required by law.
Winter is nice here.

Attached: IMG_20171207_141325.jpg (3840x2160, 1.24M)

Yeah, studded tires are required in the northern rural/semi-rural parts here. Apparently it would "destroy" the roads here in the city etc, so they are illegal. Winter tires are required by law in Quebec, many people buy them as well here. But still lots of people just use shitty all seasons that are bald.

>all seasons
We have tourists coming up here from down south pretty often. They have so called all season on their cars. Never ends well, the recovery trucks get a lot of work at least.

Yeah they are only good for plowed roads/light snowfall and rain. Other then that, they are useless in any real winter weather.
