British cuisine is actually the best. Most of what we know as Indian (absolute god-tier food) is actually north Indian food that has been heavily anglicised due to resource availability. I do love a good hopper, some idli with a curry, chaat, and kadhi, but it doesn't beat good old anglicised north Indian food.
