I'm a travel consultant (like I go to different countries to renew contracts with the hotels for my company) and I can tell you that most of the square jaw man-face that you like is not really 'Nordic' like sweden. Those girls have softer faces.
If you really want a disgusting man-face "valkyrian" like you say, you want to go to a city like Groningen or better Leewarden. Anywhere in Friesland is okay. And sometimes along northwest germany is also good (like Osnabruck)

The problem with german/dutch women is the body. It's very box-like and even the thin ones or the ones who work out do not have the natural curves that a Slavic has or do not have the fit curves that a Swedish would have. It's a shame or they would be great.
Pic related on the left is a nordic who trains and has a great body with curvy muscular inserts (but the face is still very round), and on the right is a typical Slavic elongated type with natural slender curves.
