Mutt cats dont have any diseases and live the longest.

Purebreeds are often blind, have weak bones, deaf or other defects. Same case with dogs. Interbreeding with family members is taboo for humans, but for some reason tolerated for breeders selling overpriced "pure bred" pets.

purebreds look nicer but like the czech said they are far more susceptible to diseases (mostly cancer and diabetes in cats)

mine are both 7 year old burmese though and I take care of them well so they have had no health issues whatsoever yet, I'm hoping they live to 15-20 if I'm lucky
