Not true for all states, In Michigan I have to go to a gun store or a Cabelas (a Hunting store if you are unaware) And cabelas requires a background check as well as a certificate stating you have passed a gun safety course. And most gun stores reqiure and ID, Mental Health Background check, and a Gun Safety License, and then I can only buy certain guns that I have access to. Most fully automatic guns reqiure a verifaction level to obtain which you have to take another course to recieve this said license.
