The internet in the area where I live in is very cheap, but the problem of Brazil is it a very unequal country. There are regions where the infrastructure of everything is Africa-wide (most of the Northeast and North), there are relatively good regions (south and southeast) (where I live), and there are also first world cities, which does not even seem to be in Brazil (some cities in the interior of the South and São Paulo). Coincidentally, the best regions are where there are more white people.
