50/50 Beer and lemonade is a shandy. Some people add a little lemonade and it's a Lager Tops. I've seen Germans mix Coca Cola and lager before. Never Fanta though.

1. No, they mix beer with clam juice, tomato juice and lime or chamoy. With Maggi sauce or Worcestershire sauce too.

coke isnt a good one but soft drink can make very very shit wine drinkable to get pissed for cheap
