2-3 eggs a week, not counting those hidden in other food. Usually scrambled or hard-boiled.
Beef tartare with raw egg (yolk only) and pepper is great and we have it often in Italy. But you have to be careful and trust whoever's selling you the meat. Here the risk of salmonella is almost zero, but I still avoid making tartare with random discount minced meat.

Steak tartare is one of the best thing to do for Sunday lunch with your family. Easy to make, you can never fail it. I put some mustard/vinegar sauce on mine, with an egg yolk, shallots and black pepper.
Salmonella isn't a problem here and in east asia
