I couldn't control myself and ate 3000 calories today how many days do I have to eat 1400 calories to lose the weight I...
Are you that retarded Lachlan with anxiety that wanted to got to Uni and so fat he couldn't run a 5km lap?
>I have to eat 1400 calories to lose the weight
Lol no. Eating 2000 calories is enough. Starving like that will only make you fatter in the long run.
Diets don't work, you have to permanently change your eating habits.
just eat less or do an activity the following day.
problem solved.
Just control yourself bro
Can't be that hard
Just do water fasting, it’s easier to maintain strong will and you can lose up to 0.5kg of fat per day that way
This Spaniard is right. You can't and shouldn't starve yourself. Because not only you lose body fat but also you don't get enough cal for muscles and lose them too. Which results in flabby skin and then you'll eat so much because you're hungry you'll get much fatter than you were before the diet.

OP the answer is about 2 if you are an average weight sedentary male
ps: losing excess weight isn't starvation, you are literally consuming your reserve food supply, as long as you get above like 1200 kcal and sufficient vitamins and protein you are good to go
Pro tip: eating nothing is easier to maintain than eating little. When you deprive your body of constant energy supply (food), it naturally starts to use fat stored in your body as its energy source.
Also, read about autophagy (2016 medicine noble prize).
Try doing an hour of good cardio, it's easier and faster than trying to restrict to compensate
>Pro tip: eating nothing is easier to maintain than eating little.
pro tip: literallly no part of eating or not eating is hard unless you're going to stuff yourself to the point of vomiting or killing yourself by malnutrition
the only thing that's annoying is meal planning so you maintain good nutrient balance within calorific limits
no it's not, you need to exert yourself very heavily to burn the same level of energy that not eating a donut will deprive you of
but cardio is very important nonetheless
Obviously everyone has to find what works best for them, I’m just sharing some tips that I found very effective.
Not eating anything generally makes you feel less hungry thus easier to not give up (which is the most common reason of failure), and seeing big progress consistently each day really motivates you, plus it’s about 10 times faster than regular diet with small calorie deficit
>compulsive eating
Get a fu*king hobby, jesus christ.
What did you eat user
I eat 16:8 intermittent fasting, it's pretty good and incredibly, INCREDIBLY easy
might tighten it up soon
>16:8 intermittent fasting
I just call it “skipping breakfast”, but yeah it’s definitely effective
Try progressing to one meal per day for even faster loses
Be like me
Eat 6kcal one day
Eat nothing the next
OMAD on a deficit feels like it would interfere with lifting
16:8 allows me to eat before and after lifting for that them dere maximum glycogen storage and post workout protein synthesis
Is this image meant to be reflective of you? What's it like to be a compulsive eater in Israel? Do you feel that there are a lot of individuals in your surroundings who revel in their base pleasures, such as eating, for example? Are there a lot of compulsive eaters in Israel?
Is fasting 3 days a week unrealistic?
I'm able to restrain myself from eating too much but still feel fat inside
Nope I do that and I'm 165lbs 5'10
post ur man tits
Gonna try that for the next months and eat 1500 calories per day on eating days then, thanks. I try to lift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week, I'm guessing I should do the cardio and not the weight lifting fasted?
Did you try fasting before? Do 48 hour fast and check how you feel after it
I tried it for about a day and half before I broke it but I wasn't feeling that bad and it was more just me lacking willpower.
750 a day average is not good unless you're a very short female t b h, especially if you are lifting
You can do both, just lift on eating days and don't push too much on fasting days.Remember to get your sodium intake though or you'll get hypotension
I have 3k a day kcal average but I cycle 4 hours a day so I'm still losing weight lol
>Gonna try that for the next months and eat 1500 calories per day
THats not the way it works user. You should fast but then eat as normal to not command you body to save energy and spend calories to normal shit like growing nails, hairs, bone restrucure etc
You don’t have to do cardio or lift if you just want to lose weight. It’s 80% about diet. Personally I find focusing on one goal at a time much easier (either losing fat or gaining muscle), so I don’t eat at all when losing fat and eat well when lifting.
Alright thank you, noted and appreciated.
