After five minutes of google maps I have concluded that it is Wloclawek, Poland.

>clean streets
>upkept green spaces
>good coat of paint on buildings
We can do much worse. Look for lower GDP per capita eastern cunts with no access to EU grants
Cooper Campbell
You're right and eastern Europe is nicer than I thought. I had to hunt for something like this in Bulgaria
Easton Reed
definitely bulgaria
Caleb Gray
wow looks like any place in Mexico!
Gavin Clark
ITT: We laugh at Eastern Europeans rushing in to state that they are part of Europe.
Henry Sanchez
Ukraine looks the worst in my opinion. Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania are close contenders.
Lincoln Cruz
looks comfy to me.
James Wood
Oulu but it is also the comfiest
Josiah Rivera
I don't know, majority of places in mexico (outside of cities, except maybe in the outskirts) are mostly shacks or tiny brick houses with metal sheets on top.
Bentley Cooper
The Netherlands is actually one of the comfiest places in Europe. Unless you live in bumfuckistan in the North West.
Matthew Morales
picture got fucked for some reason
Colton James
Kosice is a beautiful city but Lunik 9 is definitively one of the worst places in all of Europe:
Dominic Murphy
Oh wow, impressive finding mr kraut, do you also think they are Slovakian?
Jonathan Peterson
It's obviously a gypsy hellhole, Alexandru.
They should just put a big tent above it and fumigate them like pest control.
Hudson Cox
provincial donbass
can't imagine a place worse
Michael Diaz
Is it really comfy to be so tightly packed?
I mean from my point of view whole of Netherlands is almost like living in a city or a suburb at least.
Henry Baker
its really interesting looking through the map. I have been to some poor countries where people earn shit pay but at least they gave a dam about their neighborhoods. People clean their houses, picked up garbage, planted flowers, etc.
How the fuck can an entire ethnic group of people just live in total ruin and be okay to not have a bit of life?
Julian Bell
I don't think you're anywhere near our level don't flatten yourself.
This is the poorest city and region and looks nowhere as bad as most of Romania they're like at 50% GDP per capita level compared to national average.
Adam Gomez
every suburb from every country looks like this
William Brooks
lol, even by Polish standards it's a really decent place
here you have a real shithole:
Evan Rodriguez
Magnitogork, where that apartment building blew up a couple days ago. Even by Russian standards, it's not a nice-looking city, especially for European Russia (Norilsk and some of the nastiest industrial cities are actually in Asia). Pic related (a Russian meme photo) is from Magnitogorsk.
drugoi.livejournal.com
Technically it's a "transcontinental" city, but most people and factories are on the European side of the river.
William Parker
It's not shit, sidewalks and streets are well kept and some buildings need their facade renovated but other than that it's fine.
Anthony Rodriguez
>some buildings need their facade renovated
>the "building" doesn't even resemble a building anymore but a pile of ruins
>it only needs a bit of maintenance
please
you can't even imagine how living there is
these people still need to buy coal to heat their houses, a truck arrives near the house, throws coal in the street and goes away, then people come with shovels and take the coal to their apartments, where they throw it to the heating stove
Landon Ramirez
Pic Related: Lithuania/Latvia.
Forgot which one.
Blake Sanders
Benjamin Young
btw I hate commies for doing the most stupid thing ever - they expropriated Jews (who were already mostly dead but still) and elites and gave their houses in the centres of the cities to the poorest, least educated people, so these people were neither able to take care of the buildings properly nor they cared at all and that's why most of the city centres in this country look like shit and much worse than the suburbs.
Julian Harris
Eastern Europe is the worst but southern Italy is a contender too
Ryan Anderson
you live there?
Nathaniel Foster
As far as capitals go probably Dublin.
Porgorica is also god awful
Jace Sanders
On such weather all commieblock districts look depressing.
And this looks like an late winter judging by the color of the grass, the area seems comfy surrounded by forest with lots of greenery in summer it wouldn't look as shit.
Still better than people here who live in villages and their wooden shacks built 100 and use wood for heating.
Colton Cruz
found a mexican restaurant while checking out said shithole, a bit surprised.
Angel Gonzalez
that looks actually comfy.
Parker Young
>built 100
Meant to say 100 years ago.
Hunter Davis
Most ex-soviet eastern europe nations have the same sort of thing, concrete block buildings with depressing weather and snow.
As well as terrible roads & ""Parks""
Some have more of this sort of environment than others, some have less.
I'm not trying to say it is only the Baltics that have this. But it is an example of a ugly-looking city in EE.
Cooper Adams
Pic related looks extremely /comfy/ tho
Benjamin Rivera
Mannheim is quite ugly, and most places in the Ruhrpott like Duisburg, Dortmund and Essen are piss ugly.
Ryder Clark
The Netherlands consists of like 7000 villages. So it doesnt feel overpopulatee because everyone lives in a small city or small village.
And people feel unnerved when there is no one around. People are too used to sharing space that they become uncomfortable in empy lands.
Evan Brooks
Ive read that a shit ton of cheap housing in southern italy is built by the mafia.
Connor Perez
Moldova, Kiszyniów
Cooper Morgan
>tfw black archaeologists probably pillaged that hillfort
Cooper Watson
>People are too used to sharing space that they become uncomfortable in empy lands.
lmao fuck off
Ryder Kelly
That's definitely not a city.
Gabriel Morris
The worst place I've seen is Augustin, Transylvania near Brasov. From the train it looked as if WW2 happened a week ago. Wiki says its population if half gypsy.
Jason Murphy
It's the same here, and this is why centres have gone from being wealthy and upper class to being lower class and quite dangerous and avoided at times. Commieblocks have more "western minded" people than the centres which are like villages. And you can guess who are these "poor people" who have been given free housing, in Romania.

Heilbronn, Germany

>some village in the middle of nowhere during one of the ugliest season when everything green disappears
Of course it's going to look like shit.
Joseph Allen
>Lunik IX houses the largest community of Romani people in Slovakia.[2] Although originally built for 2,500 inhabitants, it is estimated that the population is now three times larger. Living standards are low, with services such as gas, water, and electricity cut off, as the majority of inhabitants are not paying rent or utilities fees.[3]
>Health standards are low and diseases such as hepatitis, head lice, diarrhea, scabies, and meningitis are common.[3] Unemployment in the borough reaches almost 100 percent.[3] The borough has one elementary school and a kindergarten.[4]
>Luník IX is serviced by a bus line, which stops only on selected bus stops. Boarding the bus is only allowed through the front door. Due to frequent attacks of aggressive residents, bus drivers deployed on the line receive a hazard pay.[5]
Kurva cigány
Logan Perry
You have rural areas like this all over Europe
Brody Ross
of course I dont
I wouldn't post here then, i'd be more concerned about what i will eat today not to mention i wouldn't know a word in english
>Still better than people here who live in villages and their wooden shacks built 100 and use wood for heating.
we have the same in villages, but no, it's not better, because these buildings in cities have historical value yet they're being destroyed
i'm sure you'd find a lot of restaurants in detroit either, doesn't mean detroit isn't a shithole
>with depressing weather and snow.
that's not something we can change
Michael King
At least they are demolishing that building soon™. But tßh Köln is just a bigger Heilbronx. Fucking rancid city and muh Kölscher Jung Lokalpatriotismus is so fucking gay.
Justin Phillips

Google Street View took pictures of Bulgaria in fall
Evan Brooks
based
Kayden Wood
doesn't change the fact that Bulgaria is extremely ugly, disregarding the weather
Bulgaria combines the worst of Turkish influence (shitty barrack houses, lack of European magnificent 19th century architecture) with the worst of Russian influence (very cheap commieblocks).
you can see the difference when you compare Skopje to Sofia, Serbian influence made Skopje look much more appealing
Jace Collins
Shut the fuck up fake prussian lmao
Evan Richardson
Gorgeous capital though. One of the most beautiful in Europe.
Liam Cruz
Sofia? Are you fucking joking?
I don't say Poland is particularly beautiful but at least we have more European architecture + our commieblocks are of better quality.
I don't want to insult Bulgarians, they were really unlucky that they were stuck in Turkey and then under Russian influence, but there's partially their fault too, Tito proposed them to join Yugoslavia but they preferred to stay in the Soviet-led block, the Bulgarian leader even asked Khrushchev to annex Bulgaria so it could become a Soviet republic.
Landon Wood
I unironically love Bucharest. Bulevardul Unirii is incredible and the buildings are very unique. They just need to be renovated and a fresh coat of paint. Plus, ban satellite dishes. Romanians are top tier people as well.
Adam Roberts
Old town is also nice.
Christopher Wright
Go fuck yourself, yugo-shit.
>skopje looks better than sofia
lol
Lucas Murphy
do you want me to post pics of Aerodrom?
Bentley Perez
It would have looked a million times better if they constructed the rest of the avenue in the sane classical style as the parliament building. Instead they went for tacky postmodern crap.
Matthew Rogers
Nobody cares about cherry-picked pics.
Skopje looks like a regular mid-sized Bulgarian town, it's retarded to talk about it like it's something beautiful or unique, or compare it to Sofia.
Sebastian Taylor
>Skopje looks like a regular mid-sized Bulgarian town,
lol, yugo commieblocks look much more like Italy than anything in eastern block
Jonathan Gutierrez
Yeah, it's like walking around fucking Milan...
Grayson James
maybe not Milan, but south Italy
David Williams
bleghium
Juan Carter
not that bad, has a Walloon vibe, can still be comfy
Christian Morris
Looks like Utrecht
Mason Ortiz
>not that bad, has a Walloon vibe
Wallonia is a synonym of misery and poverty in western Europe so I wouldn't say it's a compliment.
Chase Murphy
guess the country
Jace Adams
shitaly
Kayden Jenkins
Officially nominated "ugliest city of Europe" back in 2008
Nolan Rivera
too white
must be something in the balkans
Easton Gonzalez
It's getting bulldozed now.
Cooper Gonzalez
>Officially nominated "ugliest city of Europe" back in 2008
at least you know "Europe" in 2008 meant only western Europe
Juan Peterson
Charleroi
It's like Detroit but with Walloons instead of niggers
Owen Smith
it's choke full of sandniggers
Oliver Parker
yes, walloons
Henry Wright
Any Greek city
