Tough sadly we don't have that type of very dense rye bread you have, only regular one

I also like to put cheese on it
And the bread has walnuts in it

In europe we don't put corn corn syrup in our bread, so it's not that bad

Isn't liver spread just foie gras

No pickled gurkins with it? Or that gelatinous gel? Sounds meh.
