With a dakota like that you can get an extra inch or so of height in the front by adjusting the torsion bar. You can also clear 31x10.5 tires on the stock suspension. A set of grabbers on cragar soft 8s is pretty badass and won't break the bank.
For a couple hundred you could add a front hitch

Expensive for trucks with IFS. I say this because I had an old Durango I fit 33's on. Although OP can get a practically free 2 inches by doing a torsion lift.
