There's speculation that either Wiselite or Velocity Firearms built their AB2s but I'm not sure if the B1s were outsourced as well (I'm sure they were, but I don't have any info to back that up)

I'd say they're fine, but I can't back that up with any info. If you look up the stuff from a few years ago when the AB2s were still readily available you'll see they were very well received. I'd hazard a guess that the same company built the B1s, but they didn't seem as popular at the time.
So as long as everything is straight on it, and the price is good for you, go for it.
