I like Thrall but he dramatically changes his form advice on basic lifts so often that I don't recommend anybody take any of it.
465 for 2-3 or 425 for 5 once a week depending how I feel. If it's a good week I go up 10 lbs or so and use those as my new numbers.

Yes, I know what ego lifting is. Seeing as how most exercises can be done on a hammer strength machine or with dumbbells, any barbell exercise can be considered ego lifting.
