Tips on eating with no appitite

just don't eat so much

what happens if you don't eat? cranky?

i drink milk w/ protein powder after my workout so I prefer to save it until later in the day. Should I start buying gallon jugs & drink more?

ADD. I know its controversial to take meds for this "disease" but my condition is pretty severe and I work from home so I need as much help to focus as I can get.

Already do. I'm just not hungry enough to eat it!

I take Adderall which makes me have no appetite all day. I find that making Smoothes reaaaally helps when Im not hungry since it's really easy to eat. I put soymilk, two bananas, 6tbps of peanut butter and 2 scoops of protein which count as a ~800 calories but you can put anything you want! Hope this helps

this

before i started lifting I would forget to eat until like 5 pm. Skipping meals also helps. If you have a hard tie skipping meals, try sleeping longer (breakfast is the easiest to skip because you can sleep through it)

Just eat when you're not hungry then. What exactly is stopping you?

might have to force yourself to eat more little by little until you can tolerate larger portions

already way ahead of you bro. i eat peanut butter everyday. my favorite shit!

i'll consider buying blender then! thanks for the advice. I'm also trying to avoid soy though; I heard its bad for men

If I don't eat I feel like death.

I actually have tried cutting, tracking everything. Eating less than 2,000 calories a day, I simply cannot sleep, my body will NOT allow me to sleep, no matter how tired I am.

The longest I stuck to a cut was eating 2,500 calories a day, lasted about 8 weeks, but even then, many many nights I could not fall asleep, my brain wide awake telling me to eat, eat, eat ,eat ,eat.

It boggles my mind how people on here do

Not sure exactly whats stopping me.

I have one idea (but its a pussy reason) I have Emetophobia (fear of vomiting) and it really impacts my life so i guess I fear that if I eat when Im not hungry I'll puke idk

It is learned behavior / habit. If you skip meals like breakfast or even lunch for months you get used to it to the point where you don't even have appetite until late in the day. When you ignore your appetite long enough the intensity of it reduces and it no longer feels too uncomfortable. It's pretty much how you get used to intermittent fasting or other fasting methods after a while.
