Do you bench 405lbs? Probably not. More like 2pl8 or even less.
Do SS or GSLP or any type of linear progression progression where you bench like 2 times a week and add more weight on the bar every time. Eat big and sleep 8 hours consistently.
When you stall, I suggest 2x/week beginner routine by Greg Nuckols. Download '28 Free Programs'. This has one bench day and one secondary bench day in the week. Eat even more and sleep 8 hours consistently.
When you stall you can move on to Nuckols' 3x/week Intermediate (medium volume) bench program. In the last /plg/ thread a guy said that he benches over 3pl8s and has been running just a part of this program repeatedly for 5 months and seeing great gains. EAT FUCKING MORE AND SLEEP 8 HOURS CON-SI-STENT-LY.

If Monday is Chest day then so is Friday. Which means Tuesday is Chest day. Which means Saturday is Chest day. Which makes Wednesday Chest day. Which makes Sunday Chest day. Which makes Thursday Chest day.

Keep doing your flys and your pec deck. Don't go less than 8 or more than 12 reps because you'll be outside of the hypertrophy range and you'll gain 0 muscles.
