Well boys, I finally did it. I blocked this bitch I was beta orbiting for 5 months who only hit me up when she needed something. She totally freaked out and threatened to ignore me when I couldn't cover her shift. She cried and apologized on the phone only to ghost me today when she promised to make it up to me. She was next door the entire day. Now how long can I ignore her before my backbone caves in and I fall back into my beta patterns?
Also, I've lost 50 lbs since December while gaining strength and visible muscle by following a simple workout plan and caloric deficit. Where were you when I debunked all fasting and dieting fit memes?
why block her instead of just ghosting her and/or becoming unreliable? if you're not busy enough to have better shit to do than cater to her needs then find some new hobbies

I took this one girl I met at a bar I frequent on a few dates. Never fucked her though she kept playing hard to get. Eventually she texts me some annoying shit and I just say this isn’t working by and good luck.
I go to the bar with friends a few weeks later and she’s working but I completely ignore her. She texts me later “why didn’t you come say hi?” Told her I thought we were done and she says “can’t we still be friends?” I say sure. Next day she texts me and wants me to meet her at a bar. We get a few drinks and chat for an hour then she says “let’s get out of here, follow me home”. Go to her place and fuck on the couch.
Sometimes ignoring them and being willing to cut them loose is your best chance. I think it bothers them when a guy is willing to ghost them so they chase you and fuck you to fix the negative feelings they were experiencing.
