Try losing weight

oh fuck i forgot about that im gonna start doing more sit ups and shit then

If you feel fat when drinking water and skinny when drinking booze you are just used to being dehydrated, probably the weight gain to, your body is always dehydrated now you add water in and no booze, just keep going

that makes a lot of sense because every time i drink i wake up feeling dehydrated and my mourh is like sandpaper

I know, former alcoholic

The thing everyone in this thread is skipping over is that you are probably mentally ill. You can't feel yourself getting fatter or skinnier by the day. You are experiencing violent mood swings and bouts of hysteria where you feel like your hair is falling out and you can hear the difference in sound a machine makes under the increased strain from one day of perceived weight gain. Losing weight is great and you should continue doing it in a healthy way but you probably need to go to a psychologist more than anything.

no man i have days where i look good in certain hoodies and almost look like i have a flat body with some husk that i need to lose but today its just been rediculous. my man tits are fucking huge and my gut is just like hanging out i dont even look skinny anymore i look actually fucking obese

You have body dysmorphia. Your body isn't changing only your perception is. You post only reinforces what I asserted. You could very well be bipolar. Everything you've posted in this thread screams mental illness. Its nothing to be ashamed of as its caused by something outside your control.

no man its not my friends perceive my body the same way i do and ive been fat and lost weight before now im fat again i think i gain a lot of water weight and bloat or something

Make a food diary

So you're telling me you don't feel depressed frequently for extended periods? You have textbook body dysmorphia. You all but say so in your posts. Anyway arguing with you won't do any good and I can tell you're getting defensive which wasn't what I was trying to do. I hope you feel better and reach your fitness goals.
