>L-theanine
>ashwagandha
>more cardio
>more lifting
>further your career
>spend time with people you love who aren't a bad influence on you
>find a hobby that isn't just watching tv or playing video games, like learning to play an instrument

Has been working for me. My life fell apart after a breakup in the beginning of this year. Felt like an heroing a few times, but the ups have been increasingly up. We're all gonna make it, brah.

Everyone forgot most important - less Jow Forums. Its worse than crack for your sanity.

I've been here since 2008 and got banned for a year once. And this was before you could browse but not be able to post. Did nothing for me.

Too jaded to realize how much Jow Forums fucked your mind.

Here's an easy few steps to put your sorry bitch ass on the right track:

>sleep at consistent times
>sleep at good times (e.g. bed by 10 up by 6)
>quit substances of all kinds. Reserve alcohol for friends
>workout 5 times a week and ensure you do your cardio
>find hobbies and do at least one every single day
Learning an instrument, learning languages, learning how to do underwater basket weaving, rock climbing, horse riding, whatever, just make sure you do one every day. Vidya, TV/movies, and reading don't count.
>talk to one person every single day, even if it's just a clerk at a store and you say 2 words to them
>leave your house at least once a day. leaving to go to the gym doesn't count
>also find a job if you don't have one
>quit browsing Jow Forums because I guarantee you're just sinking time into this site and gaining next to no real benefit
