Not only did OMAD get easier after about a week for me, it made me hungry for healthier foods.
I used to eat junk 5 times a week for dinner, now I come home and feel like preparing nutritious food. It was not even a consious decision, I just felt like having healthy food one day. I still eat junk every once in a while, but I've gotten pretty good at cookibg over the last few months

Yes, this is what i did : > be me fat fuck 1 month ago > 117 kgs > pic related > get in argument with another fat fuck that i can lose weight faster than him > bet on money for who'll lose more weight in 2 months > shit's on > finally gonna stop hating myself > eat 500 kcals of oatmeal in the morning > eat 250gs of grilled chicken breast aka another 500 kcals and a large bowl of salad for dinner > only drink water > never feel hungry past first week > "cheat meal" is 100g of digestive biscuits and 450 ml of milk > cheat meal > only eat cheat meal like 5 times since this started > still lose weight > 3 days ago decide this shit is too slow and easy > start IF + keto > ditch the oatmeal > no cheat meal > only eat 500 kcals of grilled chicken breast and salad > suffering again > making more progress than ever before 105,3 kgs now, I've lost 11,7 kgs so far, and i've lost literally a kg a day since i started keto + IF Tomorrow is a month since i started this so by then i will have lost probably 12,7 kgs in a month. Before keto + IF i calculated, after i had some data, that it would take me about 4-5 months total to get to my ideal weight of 70-75. Now i'm gonna get there in about 2 months from tomorrow and a few days, so a total of 3. If you're not in a rush you can do only what i did in the beginning and you won't even feel like you're dieting. There's a bonus if you are like me and like chicken breast. I feel hungry every second of the day now, but every morning there is a huge difference on the scale so my will is iron.
