Fx2: Actually becoming depressed because working out is my main source of happiness and its going downhill cause of injuries. Also lower bf shows me how fucking TINY and dyle I am despite working hard.

Ate a calzone at about 11 last night despite being near my TDEE for the day. It's half the reason why I worked so hard just now.

Met a cute girl, hung out with her all day saturday, and fucked her saturday night and sunday morning.

Pretty good start to my week.

Tell her you want to go out to dinner with her. Don't ask if she'll let you. Tell her that you would like to take her out. Asserting yourself and leading the conversation is much more attractive to women. I can give a more in depth explanation of how to best ask a girl out if you want.

You can perfectly replicate every thing you did on your best day of lifting and still have a bad day lifting

Carbs are pretty important for being able to push heavy weight I found.

I think I'm getting addicted, as in I can't stop drinking coffe because I feel like shit if I do.

V: Squatted 225 for 10 reps yesterday, just to see how many I could do, my chicken has been tasting extra good lately, and I'm going to bed earlier and setting aside time to read, and I've found a Greek Orthodox church I feel super comfortable in
F: I'm switching back to double over deadlift grip from over under, so I need to work on grip strength which is a bit of an ego hit but I know it's better for me in the long run

>went grocery shopping/ haircut a few days later than I had planned

Honestly, what helped the most was realizing that I'm serious about this grill and want to be the best version of myself for myself, and now for her. She could get plenty of other guys but she likes my personality, and me being a sad, whiny and quiet faggot isn't going to do shit in my favor. I want to get more fit, gain more worldly knowledge, and grow a more positive mindstate and outlook so I can be a better person for myself, and to her.

I think it's one thing to lift to try to win or please a grill like you would with a bouquet or candy, but it's another thing to lift to make yourself better in order to improve someone else's life.

I sold my 08 xterra about a month ago. If you take care of that car they are actually really nice and pretty damn reliable. And it's 4.0L v6 has a nice bit of power for towing and off-roading.

Thank you man, I hadn't thought of it like that. I'm going to keep that in mind. I had an issue on one of our dates, and dealt with it pretty well, but told her that I was feeling off and that it wasn't normal for me. She said she hadn't noticed but asked me to talk about what I was feeling. Told her about my past and how I've been working to overcome a place of self doubt, and am mostly free of it. She was receptive and supportive, so I think it went alright. Saw her again and had fixed my mindset and things went really well. I think it'll be okay.

They're awesome. The only issue with mine is the timing chain tensioners, and I want to replace the radiator due to the issue with the radiator fluid getting in the transmission.

As someone stuck at a lowish weight, I'd suggest avoiding gomad/ dirty builking. Just count your calories and macros and up your portions. If you're eating a supposed surplus and you're still not gaining weight, eat more.

I've done a course of gomad before, and I still hover around 10-12% bf because I have good genetics I guess. I eat 3300 calories on average per day.

When you tell her your intentions, have an idea ready for where, but when you say it don't make it sound scripted or practiced. Don't go too fancy for your first pick either. A 5 star Italian restaurant is an intimidating pick for a first date, Also, be prepared for her to say no to the restaurant, and have two or three back ups that are different kinds of food.If you run out of back ups then you can ask where she'd like to go. When asking a time, throw a time and date out, and ask if that works for her. This time you can be more open for her to choose if it doesn't, but don't push the decision on her. Once you have this all set, tell her what time you will pick her up. If she insists on driving herself, then respect her choice. You want her to feel that you're decisive and in charge, but that she also has some say in this whole thing. Beyond all of this, have something else planned for something to do outside of just eating. Be it walking through a park, going somewhere to look at the stars, or even a small bar where you can talk over a drink. Never a movie though. Not for a few dates at least. It kills conversation for 2 hours at a time. The important thing through the entire date is that you keep conversation. I won't go any further because dates are situational, but just don't dump your entire purse on the first date. Leave more to talk about for later dates, Hope I've helped.

Interesting take, I'd say just throw it out there that you're keen to spend time. If all she says is she's busy or whatever it pretty much means no; unless she then suggests an alternative time/place w/ever in which case she's also interested and you have something to work with.

I'm not saying my method's the be all to end all. Just giving a suggestion. I find that asking too many questions about logistics and whatnot makes the process mildly burdensome for the woman, which is a turnoff to a lot of them since uncertainty is an unattractive trait to them.
