Victory: 475lb diddly pr

Failure: grocery store had no cherry Garcia froyo

V: Babies first cut going well.
Qt asked for my number after spilling spaghetti around me for a while.
F: Multiple little injuries (like a tight back and a pinched nerve in elbow) keeping me from doing anything but cardio.
Fx2: Actually becoming depressed because working out is my main source of happiness and its going downhill cause of injuries. Also lower bf shows me how fucking TINY and dyle I am despite working hard.

V: reached 67.5kg squat after two months lifting
F: failed next workout with 70kg because my form was awful that day and one of the instructors told me I was ruining my back

Been doing well with 5x5
Semester's almost over. Ready for summer

Second time my bench has stalled since lifting, first time since doing 5x5. Need to eat more or put in some accessory lifts

V: Started working out 4 times/week from 2 times/week, started doing keto again to lose the last bit of fat, girls mired my weight loss, eating tons of protein
F:Too lazy to count calories properly, still losing weight tho

Forgot to add: Started waking up earlier and going to school on time every day

V: ate decent meals for breakfast and lunch
F:pigged out for dinner
F: didn't work out
F:texted my ex
F:got into an argument at work
F:jerked off to porn
F:Jerked off to trap porn
F:ate too many sugar carbs

V - so far I've stuck to my workout & diet
F - I have not gone out or socialized at all this week

V: decided to fly to New York and had a good time

F: room mate left the light in the hallway last night and I had to wake up to turn it off

I told him I will activate the fire alarm if he ever does that again.

Just did 5 sets totaling 1000 push-ups.

Ate a calzone at about 11 last night despite being near my TDEE for the day. It's half the reason why I worked so hard just now.
