Routine advice

Pic related is my body, I look ok under good lightning but Dyel under normal lightning. I fucked around by doing a selfmade routine for some months and now have been doing Gslp for 3 months. My lifts are 67kg Bench, 85 kg squat, 100 kg Deadlift (all for 5 reps) I am 5'9/175cm and weigh 145lbs/67kg. I eat about 3k calories every day consisting of 80-90percent high quality food and the rest garbage. About 120g protein, 70g fat and the rest carbs. I am looking for a 3-4 day routine and do not care about strength but I'm completely lost in terms of routines.

not only is it shit, but at your level you'd benefit far more from a beginner routine, since that's what you are

ICF 5x5 or 5/3/1 BBB or even 5/3/1 for bodybuilding.

Why is it shit? Many people had great progress with it. But yeah I'll most likely do 5/3/1 bodybuilding or 5/3/1 for beginners

Just looked up 5/3/1 for bodybuilding. Why is it a 4 day split and not an Upper/Lower. Isn't hitting every bodypart twice a week more effective?

Try it and see bud. Worked wonders for me during my bulk last fall.

So 5/3/1 shall it be.Thanks for all the advice. Final comment: How do I stop being self conscious about taking my shirt off? Most of the time I don't care, but whenever I'm at the beach and there are loads of guys with six packs I get self conscious as fuck, kinda annoying.

You have to be secure brother. Dont focus on other people. Just you. You dont need to prove yourself to anyone. I always keep that last line in my head when I am at intimdating social gatherings. Eat a lot on 531 for bodybuilders if thats what youre gonna do.
