Routine advice

So 5/3/1 shall it be.Thanks for all the advice. Final comment: How do I stop being self conscious about taking my shirt off? Most of the time I don't care, but whenever I'm at the beach and there are loads of guys with six packs I get self conscious as fuck, kinda annoying.

You have to be secure brother. Dont focus on other people. Just you. You dont need to prove yourself to anyone. I always keep that last line in my head when I am at intimdating social gatherings. Eat a lot on 531 for bodybuilders if thats what youre gonna do.
