Maybe you're expending too many calories. When you're not working out or eating, try sleeping all day. The more you can cut back on extra things in your day the better.

You're not eating enough. You think an extra plate here and there is enough but its not. You need to shovel your face full of food. Heaping portions every meal, fatty starchy snacks in between. You'll gain.

if youre having that much trouble, just spoon in some peanut butter. 6 spoonfulls at ~17 grams per soon is 600 kcal. literally simple as that.

I made a pasta sauce that has 1.5k calories per 700g pot. Eight of them will last a week and a day.

Breakie is either eggs/bacon/bread or PB/jelly. Lunch is pasta. Dinner is meat/veg/carb. Have a 1000 calorie trailmix of nuts and seeds like chia.

Hit well over 3k a day easily
