I slept 4 hours last night so i only did ohp and abbs at the gym today, can't bench this saturday due to this, will probably just do some pullups, biceps, triceps and quads.lol

Actually it's push day.
Took 2 weeks off to make maximum stretching gainz, the weather is hot as shit and I'm tired as hell.
