Bro no. I did an experiment on myself eating 3 whole eggs more than usual to a total of 6 a day (3 is my norm) and 1tbsp of coconut oil before workout, did a blood test before and after with 2 month span (nothing else of significance changed in my diet).

Blood cholesterol levels went up significantly to the 'danger zone' point. Cut down on eggs and other sat fats like coconut oil and they went back to normal. That said, I have naturally heightened cholesterol levels from birth so I personally have to be extra careful, some other guy might eat 20 eggs a day and be fine.

Use your own head and do rigorous tests, don't put blind faith in anything you read online.
