who else /aloha/ here? just realized that island style food is the only real choice when it comes to lifting heavy and getting samoan-style muscle density. not only that but it's delicious as fuck. a place just opened up a few miles from my house, and for $10 i got the "regular" combo. it comes with your choice of two menu items ( i chose a double portion of grilled teriyaki chicken), and two huge scoops of steamed white rice and a huge scoop of macaroni salad. i literally got so full i couldn't finish it. in total i got 6 full-sized chicken breast grilled, plus the two "scoops" of rice and 1 "scoop" of mac salad. for 10 bucks. and that was the "regular" combo. they also had the "samoan" sized combo and the "king island" sized combo. is this the best secret at bulking? no wonder those islander dudes are so fucking hulking at the gym. wonder if the rock dwayne johnson ate like this growing up.

sup, /kailua/ here. hawaiian food without the white rice can be god tier. even in japan, rice is just used to "make you full" they don't eat it like how hawaiians eat it. if you can, opt for salad or poi. and don't get fried shit, they use cheap oils at local drive in style places. all this shit you could cook healthier and tastier at home.

Thats like 1700 calories of chicken breast (lets call it 2000 because I don't know how big the breasts were, 450 calories of rice, and I dunno there is like mayo and shit in a mac salad..... 500 calories of pasta.
