5'9" 184 lbs. Ate a heaping mound of tres leches cake last night; decently carbed up and feeling strong today, pulled 505 lbs low handle trap bar rather handily.

was gonna start a progress thread but this just popped up. I still have about 20 pounds to go. Any advice on how to boost my gains while going through a major cut?

Thanks. And yeah, that's the idea. But my lifts have stalled (or even backslid) since dropping beneath 170. Does that normally happen when you get close to a regular body weight?

Started in September last year, and ended at the start of January. Been maintaining at 225lbs.
I’m still not happy though. I have a lot of loose skin.
How do I get rid of it other than with surgery?
It really messes with me.

Posting here for some advice on the loose skin. Really sucks man...
