How do I get rid of it other than with surgery?

Was formerly skellymode at about 150 in December. I don't actually count calories and just eat pretty healthy and gaining about .5 lb a week. Jumped on nsuns mid February and incresed squat by 40lb and deadlift by 65lb

There's no such thing as obviously natty. Plenty of guys use drugs and look terrible. Guy in that pic looks better than any natural I know in person, so if he's natural, he's doing damn well.

for weights ive been hitting 5 or 6 days a week. doing mostly full upper body workouts not splits. Monster sets are key to me, doing two separate exercises directly after each other both for 10-12 reps, they help with burning fat also. I try and get 5 sets of 4 exercises per workout.
For cardio ive been experimenting with fasted, so just going painfully slow but before eating anything in the mornings, tryna get 4 hours in a week.
and for my lifts i dunno really man cos i dont hit like 1 rep maxs ever cos I have a history of back problems, easier to avoid them than chance putting myself out of training

I literally did 5xF of compound lifts for like a year. Then got a pullup/dip stand and dumbbells and added a little isolation.

Set of 4 pics from before is 4 months from the left pic, and 4 months after I joined an actual gym. I still hit my Compounds first (I use nSuns) then I just isolate for like... a long time.

Best OHP (favorite lift) is 195x1 (my bodyweight at the time) and hit a bench of 280x4 a few days after that. Then cut to the pic on the left (180).

I know I should be doing more shoulder work yes. So far they get hit 4x a week w OHP, and as a secondary on incline bench.

4 day, skipping flat bench for floor press. I do lift a 5th day occasionally just to hit things I feel like hitting.

I said isolations... but I actually throw in a couple more compounds after nsuns, like 'tier 2' compounds such as Weighted Pull/Chinups, Lat Pulldown, T-Bar Row, Weighted Dips, a few things like that. Then I move to actual isolation which is normally like Barbell + Hammer Curl, Tri Pushdown, Chest Flys, Lateral Raises.

For the 'tier 2' and isolations I split it into a Back/Bi and Chest/Tri/Shoulders.

Yes I do legs but idgaf to talk about them. Best Squat is 375. Best diddly is 465.

Just wanted to add, I don't know if what I do is the most efficient or not, probably not.... but I enjoy lifting and I can handle the amount of volume. I also enjoy most of the people in my gym, they are all great people so its nice to stick around and keep lifting and socializing with them.

Gotcha, well first off you gotta make sure your diet is in check (Cut snacking, cut sugar, and make sure you get good saturated fats and cholesterol high food for better testosterone production), next start lifting heavy if you haven't been, weights stimulates T production too.
If you've been doing both good workouts with good diet, then Id maybe look to your doctor for Test Treatment.

Cheers la. I lost 30 pounds while lifting on a 1000 cal cut, but lost motivation after stalling on my lifts hard after falling for the recomp maintenance meme and still looking fat for months. I think I'm gonna go on a serious cut to get rid of the excess bodyfat (~145-150) and then slowly bulk which will hopefully improve strength.

One is an insect and one is lazy sub-human.

I started going to the gym two years ago and today i realised that i look like shit and that i havent achieved nothing.
My first six months of training were wasted because i was bit going consistently to the gym and i didnt know what a linear progression was. But apart from those months i have almost never skip a workout day. Thats what makes me the most depressed. All the time i have wasted and i dont really know why.
Maybe its the fact that i dont sleep well (i just have 5 hours of sleep everyday because i dont want to wake up to live another shitty day) and the fact that i dont know what routine to do having mon,wed,fry,sat,sun avaible for lifting. Help out a brainlet bro out. I have thought of doing wendlers 531 bbb but people have started noticing my little belly an i have started to huch my back to hide it. i am pathetic. Plis help me.

I used to count calories and made a meal day. Two sandwiches in the morning with milk and for eggs. For lunch enything they are giving in the cafeteria of my uni but with another chicken. At night i eat fish with a big bowl of pasta. I would track them but somebody stole my phone in the public transport.
I have always done compund lifts at the start of my workout in a 3*5 or something like that but i have always failed to increase my bench press past 145 adding 5 lbs each time. Its just too hard, i dont know if its a mental thing or its got to be by the fact that i dont sleep much.
Do you think i shoul cut? Or what routine do you recommend?
