It's kinda like doing nofap. You will get so horny and fantasize about women all day, then after you have fapped, you go, 'meh' and it wasn't all that good.

I've been on OMAD fairly regularly for about 10 years, even before I knew it had a name or was a thing other people did. During that time I've exercised but not really lifted until the past 3 months. I'm 5'10 and my weight has been in the 160-172 range most of those 10 years. 3 months ago I had let myself go and got up to 169, so I decided to lose weight. Cardio is about the same as it was before, just added lifting and have reduced calories to 1500/day (some days fewer even). I'm at approx. 153 now, but still have a decent amount of fat in my lower abdomen and lower back. For the past 2 weeks my weight has fluctuated between 151-155 (water weight) but always stayed within that range and I don't notice myself getting leaner. With my current level of muscular development I'm thinking 140-145 is a good range for me to be relatively lean, and from there slowly increase my calories and focus on slowly gaining mass. I'm not really sure how to break this stall. As it is I'm consuming around 10,000 calories a week at most, so I don't know if further caloric restriction is smart. Would adding 1 48 hour fast and upping my intake to around 1700 the 6 days I eat possibly work? Any tips?
