4. Perfect diet. Mostly fruit/veg (bout 40 days)

6. Consistently taking my meds (3 months)
7. Self yoga classes - (1 week)
8. Went from 168lb to 192. Now cutting @182
9. Mewing and kegels every day for a week
10. Hair loss nearly stopped
I never thought I'd get here. 3 months ago I was a boozy mess with no self control. Jow Forums has let me keep my goals in mind and given me daily reminders I need to persevere. I'm really proud of myself.
