Been working out on and off for a while but been getting serious about it these past few months. I play a lot of sports so I'm almost always at a calorie deficit but I eat when I can. Random question but should I take my protein powder on days I'm not working out? Also I'm 5'10 152lbs
I eat whatever I want, pizzas, cupcakes. I eat totally like shit, everyone is amazed why I am not fat. Eating is hard for me though, 3800kcal a day. Now even more than 4k to put on mass. I just need to watch my sugar intake, if there is too much sugar, I get nosebleeds from the high bloodpressure

You really need to work on your chest more. You're obviously very limb dominant, hence your massive arms. If benching isn't enough for you because your arms take over, focus on a lot of isolation work after your heavy compounds for your chest. Great arms and shoulders, but your chest makes you look overly imbalanced.
Do neck curls 3 days a week.Your tiny neck is throwing off your amazing physique.
Good base. Keep adding muscle. Work on your core.
Just lose fat, that's it. You probably won't have any loose skin when you lean out, so that's good, Literally all you have to do is eat less and follow a full body program 3 days a week. It's not hard.

That probs takes you about 20 mins right? Upping to 5km will make you do it a bit slower but go for longer

Your main issue is that you're limb dominant and your arms take over when you bench.
Also, forgot to say:
When you do your bench press, do paused reps to ensure your chest is doing more work. Pause at the bottom and explode.

Yeah, I was on accutane twice and drink nothing but water now, and I got the acne off my face pretty much entirely. I still have a problem on my chest, and most of the acne I still have are just keloid scars. The redness and inflammation is from the retin-a I put on to help with the scarring.

Yea I switched to an aesthetic routine after doing 5x5 SL + Accessories for a while.
Basically I stopped squatting completely cause my legs are already big enough and it's very taxing for the cns. Also I switched Pendlay Row for Cable Row, Deadlift for Rack Pull and went from a 3-split-routine to a 2-split-routine, therefore working out every muscle twice a week (going 4 times). Got way better results like that, in my experience higher splits only work well for roiders and power lifters.

Easily. 4-6 months of hard cutting should get you to a point where you can start bulking. Go buy a weight scale though bruh, you aren't gonna know jack shit if you don't weight yourself. Count your calories, get through the first two weaks, the rest is easy sailing provided that you aren't poor and can afford a decent amount of healthy food and not fucking ramen noodles.

1000 calorie deficit. It's a bit more dangerous the lighter you get but with multivitamins and choosing the right food with enough macros, it makes losing weight much faster. If you do 500 deficit it's going to take you like a year before you can get into bulking form assuming you don't exercise. If you just choose foods with high satiety and chew sugar free gum when you're hungry it's really not that hard.
