Either roids or godlike genetics + consistent working out for 5+ years. But I rather think roids.
People told me this was my natty limit, went from 73 kg to 81 in 3 months on a bulk. I was always in a deficit. Thanks for the mire bro no homo.

Been working out on and off for a while but been getting serious about it these past few months. I play a lot of sports so I'm almost always at a calorie deficit but I eat when I can. Random question but should I take my protein powder on days I'm not working out? Also I'm 5'10 152lbs
I eat whatever I want, pizzas, cupcakes. I eat totally like shit, everyone is amazed why I am not fat. Eating is hard for me though, 3800kcal a day. Now even more than 4k to put on mass. I just need to watch my sugar intake, if there is too much sugar, I get nosebleeds from the high bloodpressure
