Literally all vegetables are pro-inflammatory, fiber does nothing but lay in your gut and rot, if the plants are cooked (as that is the only way to make plants digestible) the trace amounts of minerals and vitamins in them (not that they are absorbable to any degree anyway) are removed and thus eating them becomes entirely pointless.

Fiber doesn't lay in the guts, it does the opposite by speeding up intestinal transit. That's why when dogs feel sick the first thing they do is eat grass because it will move out whatever is harming them from their stomach.
