Well idk about anyone else but they have been fine for me. Just started doing more beltless conventional deadlifts and front squats and I can now FINALLY see my abs in any kind of lighting. Maybe not for everyone, but for me compounds built my abs the most and isolations did fuck all
Agreed. After I started using the ab wheel I got visible abs and stronger during squats and deads.
