Whats her name again? Its been a while since I've see any of her porn.

Kendra lust my man.

>PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE "COMPOUNDS ARE ENOUGH FOR ABS" MEME

are you one of those retards who lifts in a belt and/or avoids deadlifts and squats on a """"""compound"""""" routine? if so, there's your problem you retard

>PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE "COMPOUNDS ARE ENOUGH FOR ABS" MEME

Well idk about anyone else but they have been fine for me. Just started doing more beltless conventional deadlifts and front squats and I can now FINALLY see my abs in any kind of lighting. Maybe not for everyone, but for me compounds built my abs the most and isolations did fuck all

Agreed. After I started using the ab wheel I got visible abs and stronger during squats and deads.
Don't listen to fat powershitters who deny this because they'll never see their abs anyway.

who lifts in a belt and/or avoids deadlifts and/or squats and/or OHP on a """"""compound"""""" routine*
all of the above build your core; if you have no core strength due to poor decisions you have no one to blame but yourself

Yeah right retard. Im not OP but hes right. Train your fucking abs directly, its important.

Or are you also going to say that pullups and benching is enough for arms and you need to do no tricep and bicep isolations?

>enough for arms
you're one of those morons who tried starting strength thinking you'd get toned right?
if you're on a strength training program, you DO NOT train primarily for aesthetics. If you bench heavier so you can bench heavier then bench is plenty enough for bench. If you want big tris and bis then do some brosplit I don't care

If you squat 45 lbs because you're technically squatting and you're training for aesthetics so you specifically train light, you are not going to get anything out of squats and deads. That much is 100% true. If you lift heavy like a real man instead of a faggot, you will work your core enough with squat and dead.

>that brainlet manlet squatting lmao 1pl8 "for aesthetics" in the smith machine in a belt
you laugh now but you wouldn't believe the number you could count running around doing stupid shit like this in your own gym

Ok keep believing in your own stupidity. I was like you once. First 2 years of lifting I thought heavy deads and squats was enough for abs. I did both 2-3 times a week.

When I finally came to my senses and started training my abs directly (ab rollouts, planks, hanging leg raises, etc). I noticed how fucking weak my abs were despite squatting and deadlifting heavy as fuck.

After a few months of finally training my abs directly the difference was night and day. I basically got noob gains in my abs because I never trained them. They became MUCH more visible and my core felt alot stronger. Most of my lifts went up aswell and my APT dissapeared. Yeah not training abs and only deadlifting can cause APT because your abs are weak and soft while your lower back is strong and tight.

Cant believe I wasted my time typing all this shit desu. Youll probably never realize youre wrong anyways

>not doing an ab day on an off day
>not knocking out sit-ups like you do push-ups when you feel like you have the energy.

No, I won't because my core sticks out past my chest when flexed
You literally only get APT from lifting when you have shit form. Flex your core while lifting next time and stop wearing a god damn belt you retard. If you're not shitting yourself you're not flexing hard enough (til you get used to flexing).
Again, if your goal this whole time was aesthetics then you fucking memed yourself into this situation. Don't do strength routines for aesthetics.

>Don't do strength routines for aesthetics.

Who said that abs were solely for aesthetics? This is why you are retarded. Abs are a big muscle group in your body. It needs to be trained to be strong just like anything else. If you dont train your abs directly, they are weak, simple as that.

Im done with you now. Keep having weak abs, your loss not mine

>my core sticks out past my chest when flexed

user, when shitters who never progressed very far with a poor routine and understanding of training hop on gear, the sheer power that gives them allows them the ability to do anystupid fucking bullshit under the sun and make gains.

This means completely ignoring entire muscle groups that demand direct work and strength endurance/mass training and core work while strength training. Why? Because the fucking steroids will make them grow regardless.

They always always end up fucking up their joints hardcore as well...unless they get on growth.

They ignore the core because they either think that you're a complete fucking noob and you don't need it or they are low level shitters who honestly don't fucking know the first goddamned thing about lifting.

>I DL 2pl8 and squat 1pl8
>why aren't big lifts making my abs strong! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

kys

I just go on the total ab machine at the end of every work out.

I can see them emerging from under my fat.

But most of all i have killer adonis lines, i dont know why though, maybe cycling a lot?

emg studies have shown squats and deadlifts barely activate abs
post physique

Ever heard of crunches or push ups OP you absolute imbecile?

Should always hit abs after every workout. So and fast to do and will keep you from having to cut to 8% body fat just to have decent abs.

JUST DO SIT UPS PRE OR POST MAIN COMPOUND WORKOUT YOU RETARD HOLY SHIT

220 pounds never done direct an isolation in my life and don’t do deadlifts

still have a full six pack

She's trully a fit girl.

We will all make it brah

Lmao at this weak fuck.

>belt doesn't make you use your abs meme

If anything it created greater abdominal and lesser oblique activation.

this was my first hought

Planks everyday nigga.

Thanks OP, i'll start doing ab isolation exercises from here on out. You have saved one user, thank you bro

That’s like saying wall sits every day for big quads

You’re a dummy.

This is true but you still need anterior core isolation. Even top powerlifters will say to isolate your core.
