What Jow Forums students eat?

>Started cutting
>1000 calorie diet + lots of cardio
>eating low calorie food with high protein
>tuna, chicken/turkey, fuck even rabbits
>eggs are god tier of food
>Because of my class that starts at 8am eat 4 eggs omelette and a glass of kefir
>Yeah I fucking love kefir
>Anyways I have no idea what to bring to class, because I live too far from college so I can't get home and cook something

Any suggestions?

I don't wanna buy food from the cafeteria because god knows how much oil they use to fry an egg

tl;dr suggestions on what food I should bring to college that would keep me fed

How long you at College for? Have you tried Intermittent Fasting?
1k Cals is normally too low for anyone, unless you're a very short female.

Meal prep dude. People think its super hard but when you get down to it, it actually makes life really easy because you just pull some shit out of your freezer and fridge every morning.

Saturday go grocery shopping. Usually, I buy a fuckload of spinach, some basa or salmon fillets, you can buy chicken as well. On top of that you get some veggies. Onions and spices for flavor. Then you just make a shitload of everything. It's really easy too because you can cook all of that stuff in a bunch of different ways.

Pro-tip. Buy a steamer from a dollarstore. It's like a plastic thing with a plastic level with holes in it that raises the bottom. You fill the bottom with water but the food wont get soaked and you can microwave it. It's awesome for the veggies and spinach and takes only a couple minutes but keeps that shit healthy while making it tender.

Freeze it if it's going to be more than a couple days out and anytime you need food just pull it out the night before school.

make overnight oats in mason jars put it in the fridge, wake up the next day, boom 400 calories right of the bat (keep eggs and kefir as well). make some protein shakes if they agree with your stomach and take them to class
also yeah 1k cals is low as fuck for cutting (but you're probably undercounting), you may as well just fast at this point

Mostly from 8 am untill 2 pm because
On fridays obviously the day is shorter so It's not a big deal

I didn't try fasting and from the past few days (5) of my cutting diet I manage to stay healthy with 1000 cals

1 banana is like 100ish calories.. sure it has carbs/sugars but the volume of food you are getting vs the calories make it great so you feel less hungry

Well after growing up with a Russian grandmother, you basically can consume every type of food no matter how bad it looks

4) milk + banana

Try buttermilk (Haven't tried it too much myself,beware of the taste though, it's revolting to some)
28 kcal for 1.9 g of protein, great for getting protein while cutting.
