you arent fit if you don't do cardio. you're a bulky or fat unfit person who can't walk wihtout breaking a sweat. Your cardiovascular system which feeds all the rest of your body is barely functioning. just fucking do cardio. yea it sucks, but train your HR just like any other fuckin muscle. over time it will go down and you'll literally feel better at your baseline, recover quicker, lose weight, and become more athletic looking instead of swollen and memelike for the random thots who dont know any better and therefore probably aren't worth your time. okay talk soon.
