you arent fit if you don't do cardio. you're a bulky or fat unfit person who can't walk wihtout breaking a sweat. Cardio helps but as long as you eat less than you burn you can lose weight just lifting.

Whats even worse is that you get punished if you do cardio more and consistently. IF you did 1 hour of cardio per day, you might burn 300 calories in the first day, but by the 10th day your body will have adjusted and adapted to minimize expenditure for that 1 hour.

Its how humans have survived and moved 10,000s of KMS distance to new places around the world. If cardio was so great for burning calories we'd not exist right now.
