Nuts are loaded with cal, so they're really questionable. In moderatino they're fine, but it's super easy to blow 1000 cal on a bag of peanuts. You ARE measuring this shit right? Get a scale if you haven't. Thrift stores have them for like 3 dollars.

Spread your protein out. Add a Greek Yogurt to your breakfast.
If anything you're not getting enough veggies. Replace one of the fruits with a veg.

Also the macros are all that ultimately matters. You can get fat on just fresh natural foods, or lose weight with macdonalds.

Went to a Mexican festival and had aguas de aveda for the first time. Realized it's essentially oat 'milk'. Tried making it at home and holy shit you even get leftover oats to eat.

8 cups water
1 cup quick oats
Cinnamon, don't be retarded and use a sane amount
2 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup soogar or honey or some shit or just don't sweeten it and mix it with whey

Soak otes in 5 cups of water with cinnamon for an hour. Blend then strain through a mesh filter into a pitcher. Save oatmeal for eating. Add remaining 3 cups of water. Chill in fridge.

Congrats, you just beat the oat/almond milk Jew by making it by yourself for 15cents instead of paying 5 bucks for 2 liters. And you have some sicc oats for later!
