Yeah, do you say fried or cooked? You cut the liver into the right size, put it in milk overnight if you're feeling fancy, then cover it in flour. Chop an onion, garlic and dice an apple. Put butter into a pan, throw the onion, garlic and apple in and then the liver. Turn it once and don't fry it too long if you want it still pink inside. Bloody delicious and nutritious.
Forgot to add, season the liver with salt and pepper from both sides before the flour.

Both I guess. Fried is usually a pan, but cooked can mean other methods too, like in an oven. You're talking pork liver, right? Because that's what's most available here (frozen). I think I've seen chicken in one store.
