Finasteride vs dutasteride?

>See one of these threads
>Get worried
>Inspect my hairline obsessively
>Stressed as hell
>Start looking at the hairs in the shower floor
>Convinced I'm losing my hair
>Have a slight panic for 2 months
>Finally find old pictures showing my hairline
>Turns out I just have a shitty hairline kek

I never want to stress like that again over fucking hair, If I start losing my hair I will just shave it.

Dutasteride is slightly more effective but Fin is way cheaper and slightly easier to get. You can get a year supply at Costco for like $35. I bought a bunch of Dut and then my doctor told me this. He was willing to prescribe me Dutasteride but I decide to go with Fin. Only 3 days in and still feel as horny as usual. I am a KV and don't really care about the potential sides on a superficial level but I don't want extra test aromatising into estrogen so if that starts to happen I jump off the drug or see if one of those drugs frauds take could help with the sides. Don't listen to the anti-fin/dut shills just read the studies and decide for yourself.

Just wait until you're a few months in.

That was what I was trying to say it's too soon to tell. Either way I am not worried. If I start to experience bad sides I'll get off of it.
>inb4 you claim some irreversible sides bullshit while citing posts from hair loss forums and Youtube comments

Clearly this is bullshit.

If you were a pharmaceutical company who could CURE male pattern baldness with just a single treatment, you could charge anything for it and people would pay.

In fact, it would make Viagra sales look like a flea market by comparison. There are far more bald men in the world than men with ED.

The reason male pattern baldness has no cure yet, is because there is nothing medically wrong or unhealthy about men with it and it is genetic trait with some unknown environmental trigger associated with it. Some men who carry it never go bald while some do.

I hate this pharmaceutical company conspiracy BS regarding cancer cures and medicine. Do you know how many plutocrats die or have family members that die from cancer? For instance Hugo Chavezs cunt daughter has some $10b in CASH that we know of; do you honestly think some Jew corporation like Merck or Glaxo would say "nah lets keep the cure to ourselves rather than get $1b+ cash payments for patented cure therapy for the worlds elite" Grow up dude. Cancer is many ways HAS been cured but cancer is such a fucking oversimplification term of a massive amount of highly variable genetic cell mutation disorders its like saying the DNA every woman, man in China are all exactly the same and can be grouped together in a term called Chinese.

Yeah fuck them for not wanting to look unattractive. Menwhile women spend thousands of dollars on make up and cosmetic surgeries with entire industries built around it.

This ought to be required reading for every baldlet. It would save Jow Forums a lot of threads:

An imbalance of high estrogen to low testosterone levels in men causes hairloss. That DHT is increased is just a side effect.
Finasteride does reduce estrogen, but does it in a roundabout way by killing your DHT levels.
It's far better (and safer) just to go after the estrogen directly.
Your total and free test levels look below what they should be for a young man (assuming you're in your 20s-30s).
I'd recommend taking another blood test after a few weeks of topical progesterone.

You're a butthurt boomer, we get it.

Buying pills he shouldn't take at 16 y.o. from random internet sites
>omg I feel like shit!
>omg they don't work!
Baldness was not your worst problem user

People on Fin understand that it's not a cure. If you're lucky it just slows down the balding process. Balding at age 20 when you already have no social skills
and have never kissed a woman is a death sentence. If you're already very insecure it's a great reason (when combined with others) to finally kill yourself. Don't tell me to shave it. And no I'm not going to start lifting. I'm a distance runner I don't want to get swole.

Think of finasteride as a stopgap measure. As you said It's not gonna work forever but it should preserve what you have before a real cure is discovered.
Stay strong baldingbro.
