I know some people that shouldn't have really passed this year that scraped in but the actual no-effort or actually retarded students didn't go through.
In regards to primary and secondary education, in my experience in schools up and down the country its abysmal desu
Hearing from others their experiences have been the same
Even at A level I had a teacher that decided to omit critical paperwork and information from me until a week before the exam.
I had a week instead of a full academic year to scour and understand a program of at least ~800-1000 lines, uncommented, to then manipulate or append to in the exam.
