Getting very good gains from isolation based workouts. I do DL sometimes and generally I bench twice a week, but thats not my focus. ALL good bodybuilders include ISOLATION movements, they are important for localized muscle growth.
I'm 189lbs. I only recently started doing squats. My bench press is pretty bad too (I was just using dumbbells). I'd appreciate if you could volunteer to help rather than ridicule, but I guess it's 4Chainz.
