it's not a pull up if you don't start from a dead hang.

What's the water capacity of that cylinder? 40 litres? Even if it was full of butane it would still only be about 20 kg, even less if it was propane.

My grandfather and uncle did that same shit for two years, I don't know how, but in the old photographs I've seen, they're fucking massive - big arms, torso area, can lift a lot and was good in a fight too for being a manlet (5'4''). It was maybe half full, felt like about 15 kg really (taking for reference the atual 20kg CRT i once OHP)

I do have a pull up bar on the back rooms, but i still do finger pull ups after shower/waking up when i dont have much time, makes possible to double the total pull ups done in a day

The ones i already have i bought along with the decline bench for 80 reais, then i went on looking for more plates on OLX and theres no seller nearby. The only stores that sell them sell for that ridiculous price. So i'm going to pedal 53 km tomorrow to the nearby metropolitan area in order to get big ones for a good price (4 by the kg)

What about mercado livre? I bought mine there, 160kg and transport was less than 100 reais from another estate. Mercado livre gives free transport even for heavy things like this. If you already bought other things the price at which you get free transport is lowered.

Yes, i did and still do considerado Mercado Livre, and probably will get a thing or too from there soon (already got my pull up bar from ML), i was mostly looking into not-so nearby stuff as a means to have a reason to cycle far distances as i'm planning on doing a multi-state road trip around christmas and this is great training for that. Thanks by the link bro, will definetly be looking into that.

Yes, these are military police requirements, i do about 4 to 6 sets of those everyday (its hilarious how a small twink like myself managed to rank among the five best on push up time and sit up time when i went for my first exam) . I was going to start actual strenght calisthenics soon but i'm honestly thinking about dedicating a little more time to cardio activities and sport too.
