this comes from keeping a schedule, a sleep journal, a day journal (when i got tired during the day, mood swings, etc), eating like a robot, relaxing / calming my mind before bed - among other things for 54 days straight.

snorting it works much better even though it burns slightly. For me it works in a way that I get much clearer and detailed thought process the next day, mood improves as well. It also accumulate and reach maximum effect in about 2-3 weeks, lasts about month after you stop taking it although brainfog was gone completely for me, but I'm taking bunch of other things so it could be combined effect. I'd recommend you to try NAC and aspirin before fasoracetam, both reduce inflammation and cost much less.
