Reminder that block/rack pulls and banded deadlifts are almost entirely useless if you're not advanced, because 90% of beginner/intermediate deadlifts are failed off the floor and the rest are failed because you had to get out of position in breaking the floor.

How do i set up for a rack pull / block pull? I use the SS method for deadlifting, is it same thing? Anything i should i know?
